Outdoor Space Company. Please read carefully before placing any order. All
contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any
dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions'. All transactions
with The Outdoor Space Company will be governed by these terms and conditions.
All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to The Outdoor Space Company.
All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or
agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall
include reference to all URL's owned by The Outdoor Space Company.
We are pleased to accept orders by Online transaction (secure server). All credit /
debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card
issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. If the issuer of your card
refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-
delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders
without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£). It is our policy to offer goods at the most
reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we
deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without
prior notice.
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort
has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors
and omissions. All orders must be paid in full before any work can commence on your
order.
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 days after the day on which you receive the goods. You will be refunded the full amount of the cancelled item(s). If the item(s) returned are for any reason other than faulty then the cost of delivery will not be refunded.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from The Outdoor Space Company as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
Faulty is classed as defects in the product finish, however, slight variations in colour cannot be classed as faulty. If you think your order is faulty or does not meet your specifications, please send an e mail with the details, including if possible, an image/photograph showing the fault to the following address.

If we cannot establish whether the item is faulty in this manner then all faulty item(s) need to sent to the address listed below. Returned item(s) will be at your cost and must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and, where possible be accompanied by original packaging.

In any case, once we have established that the item(s) is/are faulty, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to yourself.
If you have incurred any charges in returning the item(s) to the above address and the product is deemed to be faulty, irrespective of whether a replacement product is available or not, you will also be refunded the cost of the delivery back to the above address.
Any complaint can be communicated directly to The Outdoor Space Company. We
will endeavour to deal with your complaint within seven working days of receipt. In
the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a

liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any
associated delivery charges.
