Alvaston, Derby. This tired looking enclosed garden was transformed in to a multi level open space that seemed to double in size. A stunning cascade waterfall set the backdrop to the limestone patio. An underlit rill carried the water back to the house before disappearing under the deck. Free standing walls added dimensions and seating. Finishing touches such as pin wheels, mirror balls, oil burners and planters provided the glitz and the glamour to the contemporary planting scheme.
